all you need is love

September 2040 - Patrick Seiff is 27, Clara Long Seiff is 22, Benjamin Long and Viola Cameron are 49, Elizabeth Long is 43, Christopher Seiff is 27, Anjali Ramaswami is 22, Alison Cameron is 15, Christopher and Margaret Long are 13.

As if weddings aren't stressful enough, Clara's wedding is the first time her parents have been in the same place since the divorce. Luckily the aisle provides a natural buffer - her dad, Elizabeth, and their kids on one side...

her mom and Alison on the other. Since her mom's family is so much smaller than her dad's, they even things out by having their friends sit on her mom's side.

Her maid of honor is her best friend Anjali, and Patrick's best man is his cousin Christopher.

"This is the second time I've been best man," Christopher says. "Isn't there a saying about women who are always bridesmaids? Is there one for guys?" But Christopher recently proposed to his girlfriend Brittany, and they'll be getting married in a few months.

"Congratulations guys," Anjali says. "It was beautiful."

It's a little weird for Anjali to see the two Dr. Longs outside of the hospital, but she does her best to make small talk.

Clara has been worrying how her parents will get along, and Anjali promised to help her try to keep the peace. But Clara didn't need to worry so much; things go pretty smoothly.

It helps that Patrick is so friendly and charming. Everyone likes him, and he can always smooth things over with a laugh.

For their honeymoon they go to Three Lakes in Canada.

They spend most of the time relaxing in their room.

They hardly ever venture out, even for food. The hotel has excellent room service, so they get their meals delivered to them.

On their last day they go into town to buy some souveniers.

They go on a nature walk and admire the beautiful trees and mountains.

They stop by a lodge for lunch and run into some locals, and they learn to pound their chests in their local greeting.

It's so beautiful and romantic here, they hate to leave. Maybe someday they'll be able to afford a vacation home up here.

  1. Aw, it's really beautiful up there. Looks like the vacations theme pack is fun with all the cool places for the sims to go. I love the moose on the bed!
